Animation is good
Art style is bad and inconsistant
Lacks inbetweens so it's choppy
but it tells the story/scene and portrays the action well enough.
It's quality as all hell, but it's not fundamentally bad, nothing a few inbetween/breakdown frames with a few fixed facial expressions.

The whole first episode had that problem, nothing felt like it was hitting with any kind of force. Add the lack of gore and everything seems off.
