Even in places where Arceuid should be the most powerful being on the planet, she is far from it. Tsukihime is a mixed bag. It's got a nice atmosphere to it, and Nasu did a pretty good job with writing insanity, but the game is effectively split into two parts. There's the Near Side routes, which focuses on Arc. And there's the Far Side routes, which focuses on Shiki. The fact that there isn't a route that does both says a lot about Tsukihime right there.
Overall Near Side suffers from the split more than Far Side, since basically the entire supporting cast isn't fleshed out and it's just the Arc and Ciel story. It's got some neat scenes still, but unless you really like Arc you're going to get bored.
Meanwhile Far Side has a much larger cast and a lot more going on, but it doesn't really get going until Hisui's route. And you have to play through Akiha's route first, which is... well I guess it's better than Ciel's.
If at all possible, read the manga version. It's actually a fairly decent adaption that squishes in elements from Arc, Ciel, and Akiha's routes. After that find some fully complete version of Tsukihime and continue from Hisui.
As for the sequels, they've all sucked pretty hard. Arc is the only character who managed to still be decent when separated from the original story, everyone else turned into one-joke-wonders. Kohaku in particular completely changed personality. Kagetsu Tohya at the very least still has some nice scenes, but nothing worth struggling through a frankly annoying VN.

Simon cares about his spiral brothers and cousins. If he wanted to he could kill all of them and let all of that power be for him and him only. He could literally grow infinitely powerful at a rapid pace, too. Basically being at the top of nigh-omnipotent tier. And all of that is implying that Simon didn't turn Omnipotent at the end of this series, which some say he did.
Anyway, spiral power is insane. If Simon wanted to, he could become so powerful that only omnipotent and omnipotent-killing beings could beat him. Spiral power appears to be vastly underestimated here.
