Also really good is a strong phrase. The start was an abosulte treasure in almost every convievable way. The second half to late got disturbingly sloppy both in animation, writing and scale.
I have high as fuck hopes for the sequel though. Losing steam isn't a lack of talent. Clearly there are a few people on that team that, with enough time and cash, will produce some really decent shows.
