Yume hasn't really bonded with anyone and she states that in one of the episodes. Haru and her had that heart to heart and Shihoru was the only girl at the time, so they are the only people she really trusts. Haru is also the leader, so it makes sense to come to him first.
She just still treats everyone she doesn't know well like acquaintances. I haven't read the novels yet (Japan copyright laws), but I assume there have been events where she got closer to everyone.

Moguzo was the reason the party was initially in poor financial shape. He was actually recruited before the other hobos, then got robbed off all of his starting money and was kicked out.
The hobos let him join and shoulder the money for him.
Also the starting equipments they used were their guild's old stuffs. The initial 10 silver coins weren't even enough to buy a helm.

No, they are the same. The equipments were old stuffs handed to them free of charge by their guilds, they gathered wild vegetables for foods to cut the cost, the place they were staying at was the Crimson Moon's rundown home that no one lived there anymore. Overall they were very tight on money.
Manato went to drink to gather information so he was justified to waste a few coppers every night.
