Well if you're okay with that, it looks pretty simple otherwise. This isn't a difficult story.
Yeah, it's pretty easy even without furigana. The res is high enough and the story is simple enough that I was able to use OCR to figure out the text (used Kanjitomo and Rikaikun/chan).
Still took me half a day to type the chapter text though since I don't know much Japanese. It's pretty interesting going through the chapter since it felt like watching raw anime with a ton of translator's notes for every single word.
