You basically just posted an inked drawing with flat colors on it. It's impossible to give you an opinion on that.
The one thing you've developed so far were the eyes, and in my opinion the colors are to soft and blurry; I'd say stick to brushes with hard edges for now until you know how to control pressure better and have better transitions between one color to the next. Cell shading is Ok to start with, no need to get too fancy.
