The guy just turned around saying "ah, that's how it was"("ah souka..." because shit wasn't translated) before joining the rest of the friends group. The girl ends up dating the blond guy because he kept pestering her while her love interest ignored her. the "stoic prince" started dating his senpai.Blonde guy doing that with a lot of girls at the same time, Stoic-kun married his senpai and the main girl met her new boyfriend at work after graduating(yes, it was axed)
