Assistants usually draws backgrounds and stuffs like that which take a good amount of time.
Also, Murata is so good he can do all his work by paper, and pretty quickly at that. The pages aren't that detailed either (compare to many other monthly series like >>139289088

I don't get what ONE is trying to do with this new content anymore.
At first it looked like a prologue MA arc where the A class and lower ranked heroes would shine a bit beat the new monsters, but now we see that they completely destroy A heroes without any problem, meaning the S will have to fight, but they already have the actual MA arc for that. Or maybe most of those monsters will win, leave like the Elder group, and then they're just added among the monsters that gets fodder'd by the S class in the MA HQ?
I can't imagine Garou still being cared about after that, at least one week would need to pass after all the prologue MA fights are over to calm down things and have the HA focus back on him to get the Gatling scene.
That or we won't get this scene at all.

Murata had assistants around the time of the meteor chapter updates. Didn't, uh, do that well. So he's been doing everything himself. The recent recruitment for assistants? Apparently not even for drawing. So he's still drawing everything himself.
You're way too entitled. You're too used to getting free shit. Murata became successful because of his talent and hard work; as such, he's become able to change the conditions of his working conditions. It's not unreasonable at all to produce this much for the quality of the work he produces all on his own. This isn't Berserk or HxH, two of the most absurd examples of mangakas simply abusing their clout to work as little as possible (HxH being even worse off considering the kind of scribbles that turned up at times).
To sum it up, stop trying to "justify" your impatience. It's petty, especially given your ignorance.

Why would you think the A class and lower ranked heroes would get to shine a bit? They need to group up A classes for weak Demon level monsters and a Tiger level threat is hard enough for a single A class hero to take on.
The only S class that have participated so far are Metal Bat, Metal Knight, and Bang. If any other S class show up at all, the Monster Association will have already retreated. Phoenix Man said it himself; this is just a greeting and they don't want to produce any needless casualties. Besides idiots like the Fist Fight Djinn, they probably will adhere to orders.
Garou attacked Metal Bat during the Monster Association's "greeting". Given that he's named himself the Human Monster, it's not really hard to think that there might be a connection there.
The MA is only doing a greeting now, but Garou will continue to hunt heroes. Which is, given the current circumstances, going to be extremely bad if left unchecked.

More likely if he is as good as he seems to be, he would know when he is outclassed and resign.
Unless there is something we don't know, he would not be able to hurt Saitama in any way. And he would realise it really quickly. If he can cause a ring out then maybe, but I expect him to quit once he realised he is not in the same league. Part of martial arts is knowing not to fight a hopeless battle if you don't have to.

Anyway, I think this is more to show the difference in just their respective "armies". Remember all the discussions on how Black Sperm would be the hardest Dragon level monster to stop because of all the damage he could do before he's completely eliminated? Same deal here. S class are limited and the Monster Association has shown that it's got quite a number of Demon and Tiger level pawns to attack multiple cities with. Even if the S class can defeat them, they'll still cause a lot of damage.
