I'd say it's pretty tier 2 or 1 desu. It was dubbed, it aired on Toonami for a long time. Chart is retarded though, relies too much on currently popular series and there's plenty of stuff in tiers 1 and 2 I haven't seen (Vampire Knight, D.N.Angel, Shugo Chara!, etc) even though I have seen hunnerds of anime.

Well looking at Sakuga stuff automatically makes me level 6 I guess, even though other than that, the "deepest" thing I've seen is probably Ideon. The chart's far from perfect too.
For one, "Obscure" gundam shows shouldn't be that deep. Maybe at the same level of Lupin/GGG. Hell, the "obscure" gundam ain't even obscure. If you wanna put obscure gundam in the same level as Ideon, put in shit like Igloo, Evolve. and various shorts.
