Not really, but inconsistent as fuck. Bokudake had a flawed source material, but the director and the rest of the staff were pretty good. AA can't even get one good looking scene for it's PV, so you just know this is their worst fucking team. Thanks for holding back Capcom, could've gotten Bones that did a decent job with the cutscenes and sixth game prologue.
