Hey /a/, I'm gonna start watching Initial D, what order should I watch it? I dunno anything about it but I assume first-fifth stages, then extra and batttle stages, then the movies?

the third stage is a movie but ya I think thats the correct order. The first stage is the best while second and third are pretty alright. 4th stage and on its nowhere near as good as the beginning, but still watchable. SPEEDY SPEED BOY

Yeah, that's the chronological timeline in which they're set. The battle stages are in the order they were released, as they don't follow any timeline and are simply re-animated races from earlier stages.
