bakemonogatari is the weakest (dated animation, most juvenile). in nisemono shinbou went wild with meta and original content. reflected in koyomi's character design (while he's still the same age give or take a year in every series, he's the most baby faced in bake but starting with nise he has the prominent mid to late 20s chin. so like that's kinda the audience they're going after but he's still in high school and all that)

For a non-meme answer, the first season is universally considered the best and is a great watch.
Nise has some good moments but is basically a collection of the original author's fetishes (it's where the infamous toothbrush scene comes from) Season 2 has a couple of great arcs. Your enjoyment of certain arcs will depend on how much you like certain characters.

Not that anon (given the rest of his post it's clearly just bait anyway) but I think Bake is the weakest too, for a reason I'm sure most people will disagree with.
I think that the best thing about this series is the cast, conversely I think that the plot itself is shit. Especially during Bake and Nise - in Bake it's mostly a pretty standard "girl with problem shows up -> Meme explains how to fix it -> preachy moral of the story at the end" setup, character interaction/dialogue aside it's all pretty uninteresting on top of being formulaic. In Nise, they trial to mix up the story set-up a bit with Meme being absent but fail at doing it in a meaningful way (Shinobu just ends up doing what Meme did) and the plot itself was just as weak and overly preachy as Bake was.
In Second Season the plot gets more interesting, but it's still sort of shit. The more melodramatic the story got, the dumber it seemed to get too. That being said characters finally start getting properly fleshed out from this point onwards, back in Bake most of the cast was massively underdeveloped. For me, the cast was the main factor in what propped up the series for me and Bake didn't take advantage of it's own cast (unless you were Senjougahara or Hanekawa) all that well.
Bake and Nise are by far the prettiest seasons in terms of visual style and direction though. Also Bake has the best ED and Nise has the best OP so there's that.

In Bake she basically has two back-to-back, even if only one has her name attached to it. They're both just okay.
Then she gets an OVA to herself later on with a decent beginning and end but it drags like hell in the middle
After that she shows up in one of the more recent seasons and she's a fun wingman
She has the odd minor appearance inbetween these sections too.

Her arcs and appearances in other arcs are pretty good. A lot of people dislike Hana because some long, preachy monologue stuff but it happens all the time during the series. It also doesn't help there is barely any Araragi, but I enjoyed it personally.

This is like asking "which episodes of a show are worth watching?" They're all part of the same story. You can't really watch different parts of the show and expect to understand what's going on. Some parts are indeed better than others but you still gotta watch all of them otherwise you're just picking up different sections of the story without much continuity.

You do know Nisio says exactly the same thing in the afterword for Bakemonogatari, Kizumonogatari, and maybe Nekomonogatari, as well?
If you're going to argue that, since Nisio just wrote it to fuck around, it shouldn't have been published, then the same argument applies to the rest of the series.

In Bakemonogatari volume 2's afterword, Nisio ponders the difference between work and hobby, and he states that he wrote Bake 100% as a hobby to amuse himself that he never intended to publish and that the story was completely done. Then in Kizu's afterword he says that it was 120% as a hobby that he never intended to publish and the story was completely done. In Nisemonogatari he says it was 200% hobby, never intended, completely done.
Every novel after that has a sticker on the front cover with a slogan signed by Nisio.
