I am not sure why Clementine gets brought up so often.
It wasnt a bad performance by any means but she was clearly overacting at times.
From that same season, Fremy was an overall better performance.
I think Akira from VVV emcompasses her approach to voice acting the best out of all her roles, all the subtle ways in which she gives personality to a character through her voice.(even though VVV as a whole is shit)

She captured her indecisiveness perfectly, and in episode ten you can see that Madoka's voice differs from the pre timeloop one.
