Why are people getting butthurt? If you wanted Miura to animate everything in 2D then you'd be on your deathbed. It's impossible to do everything line by line.
Even if we got this all in 2D, then people would find something to bitch about. Just read the manga if you want everything perfect.

The anime artstyle does not translate well with CGI.
You've seen at least one dreamworks or pixar movie, right? Have you ever seen actual, realistic humans animated in them? No. It's always animals, inanimate object like robots or some caricature of humans.
Wanna see a realistic human CGI animation? Take a look at Polar Express. Look at how awful it looks.
CGI works great only if you stylize the characters differently, and there's no way japan is gonna let go of their most popular creation.
