All-ages games are made to have broad appeal and most bigger companies release all-ages only games now anyway. It's basically never the case that a VN gets an ero release down the line, the opposite is true. VNs will get all-ages versions for console releases, and then that version will be the definitive. For example, Fate will probably never have another ero release again. Key will probably never make another eroge again. All-ages are much more popular than ero versions lately.

Fandiscs aren't the same as re-releases. While there are "uncut" versions of some VNs, they are far from common. Your examples are also of two older VNs, and Little Busters didn't need the ero to boost sales, it was also relatively heavy on the ecchi in the first place. While it's not impossible that this will get an ero release down the line, it doesn't seem likely that it'll happen. Plus, as others have said, the seiyuu won't voice an eroge. If anything, a re-release would just have a proper depiction of them being professionals, rather than focusing on high school. I doubt an ero version could even save this, since everyone who has an interest has already played the demo or watched the anime, if not both. There wouldn't be much sales boost in release an ero version to something that's already being advertised pretty hard, and is targeting the "mainstream" in both subject matter and its overall marketing strategy.
