The goal of a tsundere is constantly growing to like the MC but at the same time denying those feelings and then eventually learning to accept them, it's a common trope but if done right it's great.
The thing about Stella is she went from tsun to dere in a moments notice. She accepted her feelings way too fast and is off putting, MC did nothing much other than be a "great guy" and she was ready to drop her panties.
That is what makes her a "slut" not the fact she likes the MC, it's the fact she hardly knew the dude and was starting to crush on him and then ready to fuck him after he walked in on her.
