For me it would have to be The Town Where Only I Am Missing, I haven't watched KonoSuba yet so I can't give my thoughts on that.
The best episodes came from Gintama° though, there's no doubting that.

I couldn't find any major flaws with The Town Where Only I Am Missing to be honest, I'd even watch some scenes multiple times and I'm already rewatching it. I personally think it's great.
