Yes it was. The only redeeming parts were Hobo Hei getting drunk and slapping people. The vast majority was Mahou Shojo Suou's boring teen adventures that eventually lead up into an ending that makes no sense whatsoever.

Hobo Hei was fucking great. Agree with the whole mahou shoujo bullshit, probably my biggest complaint about the season. I did like the ending though, while underwhelming I thought it made for some nice interpretations.
