They do realize that the "problem" is that women simply aren't interested in becoming programmers, right? And that they choose to go into other fields? You'll be hard pressed to find these groups of mystical evil men who bully competent female programmers out of the field, or prove that they're systematically ignored and driven out via passive aggressiveness, for that matter.
