Maybe Bubuki Buranki? I dropped it on the first episode but I marathoned it a few days ago and I ended up liking it way more than I expected. Most shows have had a decent following though so I don't know if there's a true hidden gem, if there is it might also be hidden from me.
I really liked sekkou boys even though people here don't really talk about it
it was silly and funny in small amounts, enough to be enjoyable and memorable

Simpler character models, but it's more consistently fantastic than Bubuki which has some stiff areas now and again. Also they look more organic to me, and mesh better with the backgrounds. Sometimes the characters in bubuki can look pretty jarring.
But I guess that's just what happens when you're making shorter scenes that have a whole different design aesthetic, compared to an entire show of it.

I've actually kept up with divine gate this entire season. I literally have no idea what the fuck is going on. Last episode one of the Mc has a twin brother. They're named the same? The twin was abused? The Mc protected the twin and the twin was shamed into getting revenge because the Mc was being selfish in his mind? Mind you this is just a side plot to the main plot that makes fucking 0 sense.
