Some of them are pretty good, but it's unarguable that End of the World is the most visually impressive OP and well directed OP by a far margin. If there are any OPs that can outdo it without goalshifting with excuses like "technical limitations of the era", they would number in the single digits.

It's well planned, storyboarded and packed with details, but there's more than one facet of "visual impressiveness." The problem with 3D models that we're just now starting to work around is that there are too many lines in a concentrated area of the screen. To make matters worse, the shadows/highlights in the Jojo OPs are baked onto the models, and stretch with the clothes. It's really jarring. Don't talk technical limitations. They don't make something better; just easier. We could have Full-motion CG, but animators are too pussy to do it.

I didn't think they wanted a big reveal. We don't need one every time. Waiting for everyone to come to their own conclusions about stuff was a nice slow burn.
It was also refreshing to see a story where the 'villain' isn't the main problem.
I'd recommend that you finish it. I found it an overall better show than the first season. Hajime makes a way better secondary lead character than a main character. And Tsubasa was socanonically shitI loved it.

I loved DiU almost as much as any other Anon, but if there was one thing that SC made it clear (and I loved the anime adaptation) is that episodic stories don't translate as well into anime, and DiU is longer than SC and much more episodic.
PB and BT translated a lot better into the anime since they were plot oriented.
JoJo doesn't really break out of the episodic trend again until SBR.
