Seems like a really cool show and IG's making it but I'm just worried about the pacing for some reason. Looks like it could also easily become boring fast.

It's both fujoshit and not fujoshit at the same time. The source material isn't fujoshit, it's a series of spy novels, they're normalfag as fuck and even got a 3DPD live action. The anime might lean towards fujos only because of the large male cast. In the end of the day, Kodakawa just wants to sells more novels.
