To each their own. Naruto has a shitload of internal inconsistencies but DBZ is literally powercreep the show. Early piccolo and roshi blew up the moon casually and Vegeta was more than capable of blowing up the earth. Everyone gets vastly more exponentially stronger to the point one wonders why the earth doesn't implode everytime they flex, let alone fight. It also made such moments in the show laughable such as Cell's kamehameha capable of blowing up the solar system when 1st form freeza blew up planets with a flick of his hand and Kid buu powering up to destroy the earth at the end despite being as strong as super Saiyan 3 goku.
