When we read books, magazines, words that are written in English, we read from left to write. If I recall correctly, the English language is based in part on Latin, which also had writing from left to right.
I think most peeps here on 4chan prefer reading manga right to left because that's the original way it was presented. If it's mirrored, it looks a bit iffy, and can look odd at times (for reasons I can't quite explain why).

If you've drawn your manga to be read from right-to-left, keep it like that. People who read manga are used to reading right-to-left.
On top of that, mirroring the art is not a good idea. It'll make non-symmetrical things look backwards. It can also expose art mistakes you may have missed.
