Nah, Shino makes it. At this point his death achieves nothing but introduces redundant drama. They'd have to be madmen to waste his character literally only for Ein's establishing scene. Could be, but in an episode literally jam packed with MC drama, antagonist drama, wrapping up the plot, I couldn't see them getting more than a minute or two of screen time.
Also that shot >>138913739 which presumably shows them back at the base is the last one in the preview, and they always come in chronological order. The suspense is just a one more incentive to watch the episode. Those characters have already filled their purpose for the time being - demonstrating Ein's power and brutality, but I think they'll be spared. And in Norba's case if there was a death scene for him, it wouldn't be crammed as an afterthought in a MC oriented episode.
