It has been at least 15 years since I have watched a mecha anime (other than Samurai Flamenco, which doesn't really count)...but I just finished off the first season of MSG: Iron-Blooded Orphans.
Was anyone else rekindled by this show? It reminded me of the early days of eva and outlaw star...back when anime was fun and I couldn't help but watch the next episode, no matter how late I was staying up.
The last anime that made me feel like this was either Shiki or Spice and Wolf...
