It's currently one of the highest rated manga in japan. It's also still extremely new and rising in popularity. Hell, the concept is perfect for anime, mixing comedy and action, fantasy environments and food. You'd have to be absolutely crazy not to think it's not going to eventually get adapted.

Biscuit Hammer. It's the manga most worthy of adaptation out of every thing Mizukami has made and it not getting an anime by a studio that can do it right is the biggest crime the industry will ever commit.
