While Gjallarhorns two forces seemed mostly cut off from each other communication-wise, the reason Tekkadan could relay messages so easily was that they spread little comm relays around the island before the attack. It may not be for me then. I've hardly watch any Gundam, and the ones I do I don't remember much from them.
And I'm actually not a mecha fan. I'm more interested in everything else going on in IBO with the mecha fights being good but not the sole reason I'm watching it.

How can a show be this much of an unintentional comedy? I laughed loudly during last weeks episode too, but this is getting out of control.

Because Carta and her death were nothing more than a device to advance Gali's character and Chocoman's agenda. Azee and Lafter's deaths were shock value to build up Ein as a mecha god so it will look even more impressive when Mika wrecks him.

I'm really hoping that they fake on these deaths, but since I'm familiar with gundam I know it was inevitable.
Looks like we'll be getting another 00 situation where they get destroyed in the first half only to rise up in the second.
We might even see orga or mika die,although when I started the show I was hoping most of the older cast would die off so after a timeskip the kids could become the main characters of a possible s2.

You know, even though IBO is shit, it does show the madness of war pretty well in these later episodes. Kids eating propaganda and gladly killing themselves, Ein becoming psycho and all this just so people in big positions could make more money.
