I liked ano natsu, but I'll go with the teacher here, Inoue Kikuko is always perfect.

Ano Natsu is a personal favorite of mine, and I'd highly recommend it. Screenplay and character design for both shows is the same, so there's a bit of familiarity between the two. And if you pay close enough attention while watching Ano Natsu, you can even pick up on nods to Onegai Teacher, which is pretty cool.
