What does your manga folder look like /a/?
Do you save your manga and organize them with subfolders going like "vol. 1/2/3/4..." and so on, or do you treat it like your shitty anime folder where you just leave it to rot?

I try not to keep much manga on my main computer but usually what happens is series which I haven't read for ages will just stay in the folder until I need to move them over to an external HDD, so the folder is usually a mix of what I am currently reading and some shit I haven't read for like almost a decade and the rest is somewhere else.
Wherever possible I'll create sub-folders for volumes and then in those sub-folders for chapters and will try and name them all as well. But there are some series like Ashita no Joe and Devilman where you can't do that and the volumes are just all the pages in one location.
I have scripts which auto-download from secret club and rename. I read them, then put them in their folder on my external, like so.
Backlog and Completed series have similar folders to Ongoing.

I only downloaded the first 5 volumes, just before it went into total card game territory and those scans are fine. There was a recent YGO! thread on here the other day which made me think about trying to find the rest eventually, and some guy posted the new covers for the new collections of the YGO! manga and they all looks great.

Here is my setup for one series. The naming scheme is created so it is sorted properly by chapter. I use "Advanced Renamer" as batch rename tools and it cover my needs as good as a batch rename script.
