6. The education plan of the local groups
The leadership of the local groups must develop an education plan immediately after the III. Party Congress for all members, candidates and nonparty members who want to study Katjaism-Theoism.
It should make clear how each individual will learn the principles of Katjaism-Theoism in the course of the party educational year, either through participation in a basic Katja course,
a circle, a county evening school, the evening university (for those in Berlin) or a course at a Katja party school.
After the county office has received the education plans of all its local groups, it will determine, based on the number of available propagandists, how many basic Katja courses, circles to study the biography of Katja,
circles to study the History of the IMOUTO (B) for beginners and advanced students, etc, should be conducted in a factory.
When, for example one work group in a large factory has 14 and another 9 members for a basic course, these 23 members, candidates and non-party members can form a course.
If in a MAS 6 and in the local group of the relevant village 16 members, candidates, and non-party members want to study the biography of Katja, one will form a circle from these 22 participants,
assuming that a qualified circle leader is available.

It seems to me as though Jurgen is based on Erich Hartmann. Certainly, he is when it comes to physical appearance. In terms of personality, Jurgen gets a lot of his mischievous and playful side in addition to his hyper-competence.
Even their love interests are similar physically, although Ursula Hartmann was an absolute saint who waited for her husband through five years of silence and the death of their only son, who Erich never had the opportunity to meet. Physically though, Ursula was like Beatrix in that she at least had dark hair and pale skin.
Lastly, there's definitely the fact that Erich Hartmann spent ten years getting shuffled from soviet prison camp to soviet prison camp. The only reason why the soviets never killed him outright is they wanted him to be the figurehead for the new DDR Luftwaffe, but he refused to cooperate until Adenauer managed to get the surviving German POWs released to the BDR.
A few interesting facts about Erich Hartmann: the first language he learned to speak was chinese, as he spent the first three years of his live there, he was taught to fly aircraft by his mother, who ran the local glider club, and his younger brother, Alfred, was a Stuka Pilot who was captured in North Africa. Hartmann wanted to be a doctor, and only joined the Luftwaffe to go to flight school. He resigned himself to becoming a professional fighter pilot in 1956 after ten years in a prison camp made him feel as though he was unable to transition to a new career.

It helps that the Hartmanns were Swabian, and never had to deal with the DDR. Krupinski and Barkhorn were both East Prussians, and probably had to be very careful not to end up in the DDR.

Beatrix was sucked in and Katia was about to follow him in when Theodor stopped her. With Theodor, Anett destroyed his mig-27, so Beatrix would never be able to kill Theodor in the past. Beatrix appeared to survive, cursing Theodor and Katia. Later, it is revealed Beatrix traveled back in time and apparently after the test of time, became Zogilia's leader and Beatrix is still obsessed with killing Theodor, probably out of jealousy and even muttering that Theodor will soon feel his full wrath. He says this all while clutching the Lise tape, like a memento, and sitting in a wheel chair. However, his face is still covered with the exception of his forehead and eyes.
After Beatrix changed his name and became chairman, his personality became very crazed and vengeful; Beatrix is willing to sacrifice anyone and anybody to get his revenge. Beatrix was even willing to commit suicide and destroy the Europe to get his revenge. Theodor mentions Beatrix was also very prideful; all his actions were to protect his ego and pride.

I really hope Katia either dies or has a more romantic conclusion with Theo like getting a kiss, but given the director's edge I'm inclined to think her dying is more likely to hope for. I really like her and she's my favorite girl in SM, moreso than Lise, but SM is going to have one of the absolute weakest finales of the season if they decide to adapt the original ending mostly wholesale. It's Axmann who explicitly enjoys causing suffering. The purer something is, the more enjoyment he gets corrupting it. Though that's how it seems in any case. If anything, his breaking people is perhaps his own way of teaching them how to survive in the world - when he made Lise kill the children with a rock, his last lesson was that these feelings, these morals, will only hurt you in the end. If anything, he's the ultimate utilitarian. Classically, he's as sick and evil as they come. But there is a certain sense of truth to his words, and the lessons he imparts, whether his recipients like it or not.
Schmidt, he seems really interested only in his own power. Evil is a tool for him, not a result. He doesn't really care about the morality of his system, but that does mean he's not evil in the classically understood sense, if only because his intention is not to cause the spread of evil. To him, his power is good, so anything that contributes towards that is also good. Normally speaking, he could possibly be one of the worst, since he's the one who has ultimate power in his organization, and he's the one who took them from where they were pure evil into even more hateful and refined forms of cruelty.
Beato, she explicitly hates her job, and hates the evil she must do. In only the "technical" sense, she could be considered the most evil since she KNOWS what she is doing is wrong (even if she has no control over it), she KNOWS it's evil, she knows she's going to pay for what she has done - she has a "normal" sense of right and wrong, of justice, of morality, unlike the others. But in the classic sense, she is one of the most non-evil characters. If anything, she's set herself up as the self-sacrificial entity, one who can take all the evil and bury it with herself when she must disappear so that the new generation can start redeemed - a Christ figure.

First of all, that's Schmidt who says it's "a sad story" with a wry chuckle. As for Beatrix's tone, it's the same one she uses regardless, so it's not necessarily malicious on her part. Hell, even Schmidt isn't necessarily into it for da evulz. Just because he's responsible for it doesn't mean he necessarily laughs or is being ironic about it. It's like when Axmann, during the time he dropped in on them after Operation Neptune, wasn't being ironic when he said "how beautiful" at Theo's attempts to stick up for Lise.
Remember, she's defending Lise from arrest/worse, since Schmidt is worried enough to mention her specifically. Mind you, this is all the anime one, which makes her out to be much worse. The truth of Lise's situation, IS that she doesn't have anyone left, and her whole recent life is a sad story. It's just facts.
