I always cry at least thrice whenever I rewatch Kaiba, so cumulatively probably that. I cry easily when consuming any fiction though, but I don't think I've actually cried to anything too recently.

Though I remember reading Vagabond drunk a few years ago and the chapters with Matahachi's Mom made me weep like a child. I'm talking on the ground bawling, though I was plastered. Thats probably the hardest I've cried.

Sure Your Lie in April was pretty devastating but once we learned Kaori's true intentions and just imagined how creepy it would've been from a guy's perspective then it would lose the fairy tale like sensation it had and just be outright creepy, because double standards and shit.

Galaxy Express 999 left me feeling hollow on a few episodes, especially the episode where all the civilians are at war with one another while the upper class watch them for entertainment.

I agree. Also despite being the first (well, second) proper shounen fighting manga and popularise many things for that particular subgenre of shounen manga, it still did stuf back then which no manga did before or after it. I can't imagine what it must have been like to read it as it came out, no wonder if fucking sold shitloads.

She was more or less the same the entire time. MC never did anything of worth, she more or less caused the whole event by catching the demon in the first arc and when she got lost and Satoru had to come back to save her getting them both captured.
It was a good story but it was from the wrong characters perspective.

Just got around to watching Your Lie in April, starting crying at the last episode right before my friends were coming over to help me build more of the deck. One of them had watched it and just nodded knowingly, the others were disgusted I'd cry at an anime.
Fate/Zero. I had seen the seagulls webm before, but didn't realize it was from this and lost it when I realized what was going to happen. Even though the ending is clear to those that read the VN, I still teared up a little when Iskander finally went. I'm just glad he lasted so long. Oh, and I when I reread FSN I teared up a bit at that one scene where Saber is brushing Illya's hair in Fate.
Not anime, but I shed a few tears at the ending of Hana to Akuma.
And finally at the ending of Tasogare Otome x Amnesia, the scenes where they're writing in the notebook because he can't hear her anymore and he starts breaking down as she asks if he's going to cry. Then they fucking ruined it by "jk, I'm back!" GIVE ME BACK MY FUCKING TEARS, SILVER LINK!!! Oddly enough other shows like Now and Then, Here and There never really affected me. I have yet to watch Clannad though, so I shouldn't say anything.

Samurai Champloo made me tear up multiple times especially the scenes where Mugen is pleading that he doesn't want to die yet and that episode where the kid was a pickpocket because his mom was sickly and then he got cut down; and his mom told the team he's not coming back is he. All followed by the ending theme gave me massive feels.

Not sure it counts but the animation that made me cry the most was La Maison in petit cubes.
Pretty short and amazing.

Besides that, anime tends to be pretty overdramatic in trying to make you cry and it comes off as hilarious. Like clannad & angel beats
