I think the transition between 79 and 80 is just awkward. There might be a 79.5 but I didn't see it anywhere, I just added those chapters I found off batoto plus the two new chapters. There's also no title page for 80 so that might be the reason it's awkward, if you find any anywhere just re-upload the chapter yourself.
Seems like the updates of Railgun in particular haven't been really catalogued; there's also no chapter releases on manga updates of 79/80 despite the both of them being out for quite a while. I added the release for those chapters too, hopefully somebody will be on the ball in the future.
It's always baffling how relatively popular series like these tend to get neglected.

The only level 5's that are homicidal are the ones that are part of the darkness. Early Accelerator killed more than just the sisters and enjoyed doing so, Kakine was more than prepared to kill Uiharu and was suprised there were no casualties in his figt against Accelerator, and Mugino is Mugino.
