Not really. Madoka was the last to turn away from Homura, after she shot Kyubey full of holes right in front of her (she didn't know he's evil/indifferent to human suffering by that time, and it's likely that would look way more gory if not for the show's tame art style). Prior to that, Madoka was the one to believe Homura is good at heart and just misunderstood.

Mami was a sad wreck who regretted her wish and jumped at the chance to get some help with her ordeal, true. It still doesn't mean it was wise to be autistically proud over the grief seeds (it would be an act of good will to go after Gertrude, or accept the grief seed later), or insisting that she'll fight Charlotte alone. Alternatively, if Homura wrote off Mami as someone who's going to eventually flip her shit anyway, she shouldn't have let herself be caught off guard by her.

She asked Madoka to give up on Sayaka, and scolded her for putting herself in danger for the sake of others. It wasn't very rational to expect Madoka to follow the advice, given that pathological selflessness was more or less her defining trait. After that many loops Homura surely would have noticed?

It seems I miss read you. I thought you were talking about alienating Madoka's friends. For Homura, she will always be a relative enigma for Madoka, she's from a different time. Madoka can't know the details or she will contract for sure, and she can only know Homura for the current loop. Also shooting Kyubey was the last resort, and Madoka learns the truth shortly after he randomly shows up alive again, which she makes note of.
For Mami, I agree she's got some issues. I'm not trying to bash her in any way. Just trying to show you that Homura did act reasonable and mature in confronting Mami about her intentions. If she did not, and the series ended in episode 3, then maybe you'd have a point. The free grief seed is an token of agreement, which Homura obviously will not accept. I think you should hold back on all these assumptions of what a character should or shouldn't do, and just focus on what happens.
And for the conversation with Sayaka, that was like the almost too rational thing to say. She can't promise to save Sayaka because Sayaka can't be saved, so she straight up tells her to give up. Homura told Madoka the truth, the reality of the situation, the rational move. Usually people criticize Homura as too cold and rational. I'm not sure what you're criticizing.
Also one more thing, what I meant is that no matter how perfectly she "handles" others, it won't change their fate or help change the fate of the time line. So all your speculation about how Homura should have done this or that, it's meaningless. Maybe it would be interesting to speculate what she tried in previous loops though.

I think I got ahead of myself in that post; I'm not really criticizing Homura, or Mami, or whoever - they had perfectly understandable motivations for what they've done, or why they mistrusted each other. My point was that I wouldn't exactly describe Homura as rational, as to me, rationality would include accepting and taking into account that characters like Madoka don't behave in a rational way, but are still predictable in one way or another. But perhaps I'm arguing definitions of words here.

E9- She is called out for being inhuman by Kyoko. Later she openly grieves for Kyoko beforre she makes her sacrifice.
E10- The entire episode shows how she became broken as a human being, now unable to feel and content with spending an eternity in hell for Madoka.
E11- Openly admits that she is no longer herself and can't communicate with Madoka. Protecting Madoka was literally the only thing in her life. Later gives up all hope after discovering she was making Madoka's fate worse.
E12- Homura's catharsis came from Madoka realizing she wasn't a bad person and how much oain she had experinced for her.
Rebellion: outside of the fucking obvious suicide imagery and exernalized self-loathing, Homura decides it'd be fine to take on any sin because her greatest regret and failure was that she couldn't protect Madoka. At no point did anyone call her satan, yet she was the one who insisted on the title of devil and seemed to be playing bad guy. She sure did seem heart broken at the though of Madoka hating her.
She believes she can handle everything alone, and this is her greatest problem because the loops are over. It's obvious her heart was in the right place, but the whole idea of her rejecting salvation was that she believed she wasn't entitled to it because she believes she's a fuck up that couldn't protect Madoka.

Most of these are pretty good clues to who Homura is, but they don't prove she hates herself, if that's what you're trying to prove, but I lost track anyway. The first couple of observations are decently accurate.
Your E8 observation is kind of off, she can't exactly convince Madoka to let her friends die. She can however show her the truth of magical girls, and protect her from becoming one as promised.
Your E9 is a little off, but I assume you meant she expresses sorrow for Kyouko after she sacrifices herself, not before.
Your E10 is totally inaccurate, what the hell are you smoking? The entire episode is how Homura started from nothing and transformed into the big damn hero of the show, to save her friend. You make it sound like she went to hell for being bad or something.
E12 is weird or inaccurate? Madoka apologizes to Homura profusely, and thanks her for all she's done. Again it's like you're saying Homura IS a bad person, just that Madoka is okay with it? Homura is an amazing person, as Madoka would say. The gratitude is largely from Madoka towards Homura.
The Rebellion part is like out of context or misguided, but I have no time. I'll just say that Homura actually transformed into some kind of demon thing, and only after that did she call herself a demon/devil. What other entity looks like her, and is capable of picking apart the holy goddess?
