Combat-wise, I think it's obvious that Nami's vivre card is useful so there's no battling going to happen. But there's going to be some fighting initially of course, since the power pellets with explosives in them are still there.

I think this is a picture of the Void Century, at least in some VERY wildly exaggerated options. Some sort of entity caused an eclipse that terrified the Celestial Dragons, and that hanging person is either an architect of the event, like an artist hanging from a ceiling (Joy Boy perhaps?) or some other player in the events.
I doubt Jora knows anything, but with all the little details

I think Dofla knows some events about the Void Century, and the reason he's got an astronomically inclined pair of people is part of his study into that knowledge. As for Jora?
