This is just like, my opinion man but Sekko boys isn't bad. I can entirely understand why it bombed though.
1. Other than the fact that they're statues, there's not a lot real comedy going on. You kind of get used to that concept after a few episodes.
2. While not horrible per se, Sekko Boys was badly times. This season it has to compete with other comedy shorts (Sushi Police, Oji-san to Marshmallow, Oshiete Galko) as well as full length comedies (Dagashi Kashi, KonoSuba). If Sekko Boys were released in a season with less comedic competition (most of which strictly superior), I'm sure it'd do a lot better.

Just didn't like the comedy of it. Felt too repetitive, I mean yeah it's only 7 minutes but I felt like I was watching the same shit over and over. It was just a different type of body part they were discussing each episode.
While I do admit that Galko is decent show, it just wasn't my thing and to be honest I actually didn't watch much this season and just decided to work on my overwhelming backlog.

For me this show is the weakest of all the shorts I'm watching. It shares the same problem with Galko-chan, they have the same joke over and over, but at least in Galko's the character variety, personalities and interactions makes it more interesting, also it doesn't have the the shitty live action short at the end.
Sekkou is not bad, it has shitty episodes and segments, but for the majority of time it's pretty solid. The jokes are hit and miss and most of the episodes is just them chillin and driving Isshie nuts, which I enjoy. For example, the episode where Giorgio sacrifices himself for the team(by sleeping with someone who may or may not be a tranny)was great.
