Regular bounty translator here. Mostly because there are not many western fans of Horizon. The request and interest for it is super fucking low. And as a translator, is boring to translate a series you never got. The skin tight tights and clothing also usual gets removed and is only on the cover, so is not that hot either. One last thing, too much vanilla to get much attention, the doujins of course, which translate to boring.
