Not really. Farnese after she stopped being a sub-par inquisitor became a sub-par party member who hasn't contributed much outside of giving Serpico a reason to join the group. She's not completely useless but it feels like she doesn't really do much of anything, and when she does I don't really care.
Isidoro at the very least is giving Guts a chance to raise someone on a battlefield better than his father did for him. And he's pretty good as far as comic relief goes.
