Short answer: no. Long answer: partially. Tae Kim covers it in one of the ending particle section. It also has a nuance of 'speaking to yourself'. With ね you ask the people for agreement, with な you're wondering for yourself.

I'm not really sure. I'm reporting the threads as they're popping up, but I'm not really sure what he's hoping to achieve from this. Does he think the mods are going to go "okay this one guy is being annoying on purpose so your threads are banned now"? Yes. Just hit "good" the first time you see new cards, especially if you plan on using custom study for forgotten cards. If you want that extra step from hitting "again" the first time, then go to the deck options and change the "1 10" to "1 1 10"
