I like that Oda is giving those that didn't get any panel time an arc, but it's a little annoying that he's apparently being so stringent with his checks and balances. Like you can't add one other SH member, because they already had their share of time and it would be 'unfair' if one got both arcs. Luffy is the the only exception of course.
