Dropped it halfway through.
Humour was abysmal and the writing wasn't anything special but the world-building was top notch and the concept as excellent. Action was generally solid and gun porn was great.
Unfortunately, the anime ends right around the point where the plot begins to really pick up and the manga isn't fully translated.

It got much better for me when the main character got his cute loli sidekick, but the general format and quality will stay about the same all throughout. If you really didn't like the first few episodes, you probably won't like the later ones any more.

At the end of ep 3 how did he get rich?
He caught the guy attacking him, but how does that get him money? Do they give the key back to the owner?
At what vol/chapter does the manga differ from the anime?
Probably the last worthwhile thing Gonzo made. I thought it was pretty damn good though.
