The default assumption would be that a female character is fertile. Therefore, since the matter of infertility is never brought up regarding her, anyone who's not a complete autist gets that she's fertile. It's such a matter of course that it doesn't even need to be proven. Stop forcing your shaky theory that relies on Zouken conveniently forgetting stuff and Sakura conveniently not getting better once her issues are gone.
