Never read manga before, and I just started reading this. It's pretty good actually. Have any of you read it? What's your opinion?
My absolute favorite. Shame best girl turns into a slut

Thanks for the spoiler man

How far are you into it? It's really quite typical until after the high-school arc. Then the manga changes drastically, and becomes the classic it's remembered as.
It changed my life, pretty much my favorite piece of literature.

The artist became the writer as well after the high-school arc, so probably that is why the direction changed and it became so good.

It's pretty good.

I really cant remember anything better than this

Just started. Finished chapter one.
I read about it /out/ and I looked for it to read it in my next weekend or longer hike.
Do you guys know of any other manga mountaineer-climbing-hiking related?

Shouldn't have asked for opinions on a manga if you didn't expect spoilers, retard. What, you expect people to talk about the first chapter exclusively?

Kawaguchi Kaiji made a good mountaineering manga, I forgot the name I'm sure some other anons might know.
>pic related, Kawaguchi Kaiji's manga on a good day
I decided to give it a shot just now and I've read the first 11 chapters. Drawings are good and the premise is nice but the MC annoys me. Is he gonna be like that for the entire manga?
I was pretty bored reading it, so I dropped it.

I also dropped this after he got a family. Was lackluster for too many chapters and just couldn't bother to keep up
I am reading the mangaka's new work though, its great.

Favorite manga, got me into climbing, It starts off lackluster but its just one of those thing you have to read until the end.
