There are also gamma and omega besides alpha and beta, and since anime characters are usually unrealisitic(like harems MCs would be omegas irl but they get all the bithces) it's really fucking dumb to define them by one term.
I'd descibe Kazuma as omega(cause he's a social outcast) with the fair amount of alpha and beta because he isn't socially awkward
