When I first noticed it was only copying manga panels I lost the last sliver of respect I had for Ishihara.

The only really 'copied' panel in that webm is the nono part, and it has improved design and background. I've seen far, far worse cases of adaptations that just copy panels, they quite literally just color over the manga and add sliding animation and that's about it.
