He decides that he is not evil, but he will accept his card's judgment, and with or without them, he will fight evil no matter what. He draws, and his cards respond. At last, it is just what he needs, Swords of Revealing Light. Our traveler watches in amazement. In those three turns, Atem draws card after card that he needs and is poised for an amazing comeback. Alas, the three turns expire one turn too soon and our traveler ends the duel. Atem gives his deck to our traveler and apologizes for the trouble he has caused them. She hands them back, citing that because they had listened and responded to him instead of her, he could not have been evil. What's more, she leaves him in charge of protecting the cards of his world, and he agrees to take on the responsibility. They say their good byes. Our traveler returns to her world in a magical show of light. Atem and his friends head for the Battle City finals with a complete set of star chips, where the big evil awaits them.

Clow Cards maybe. Sakura Cards are another beast entirely. She remade them with her own magic and are part of her.
There's also Sakura's uncanny luck and her own spell. The only way Yami can win is if Sakura ends up being benefited by his victory. Millenium Items can't beat Hitsuzen.
