I can never tell whether his bigger eyes are the extra ones or whether one would assume to be his normal eyes is actually a nose with eyes and his bigger eyes being his authentic eyes.

OP unique powers have not mattered since the red ribbon days of dragon balls as soon as king piccolo hit the scene it became dbz power levels are end all be all. Sure piccolo can stretch but he almost never uses the ability i was shocked when he used it in super against frost.
