I think Pucci is a better villain over all. You got to know him throughout the part and got to see him take action on his motivations early on. While Valentine was the better character by the end, he really only got that character development in the last fifteen to twenty chapters. Before that, he was just "the fat bad guy".

I didn't really digest much of Pucci's backstory on my first read of part 6 because it got overshadowed by Weather Report insanity, but on a re-read I think he's the most morally just out of the villains by a long shot. He's pretty deeply flawed in that he refuses to accept responsibility for ruining his family's life and attributes everything to fate, but you could make a case that his version of heaven would be better for everybody in the long-term. Shame he had to fuck with the Joestars to do it.

I need an explanation on Mandom. Ok so he rewinds time by 6 seconds, but unlike other stands/abilities that manipulate time(The World, King Crimson, KQ Bites the Dust), you can actually notice when Ringo rewinds time (Gyro knew when he was rewinding time after he figured out his ability). Now Johnny and Gyro and the others got lost in the orchard because everything looked the same, so they couldn't tell that time was being skipped backwards, but if Mandom manipulates time, this would have infinite range yes? So doesn't that mean everyone else around the world would notice that time keeps rewinding? Also how long did Ringo have his ability? He surely must've used it at some previous point in his life, so what then?
The only other possibility I can think of is that Mandom has a set range, and time only rewinds inside this range, everything else outside is fine.
