Sure they've changed, well some have, Mimi, Koushiro and Joe still feel the same.
Sora was pretty much sidelined, but still always active in the background and helping out.
Hikari and Takeru got that weird thing going on I can't place my finger on, but at the very least they seem very carefree, which is not a problem since they deserve being a bit more chill after what they've been through.
Tai and Yamato, well they still clash with each other, but Yamato seems more understanding and sorta more level-headed then before, or at least he calms down faster.
The only problem I have with Tai's "arc" is that he never talked to anyone about his fear and the realisation of collateral damage heppening when the digimon duke it out. He just stares at people until they get mad.
