Honestly, at this point maybe 3-4 standout shows would be good enough. A few CGDCT for escapism purposes too

Only one moeblob show; the characters are evenly male and female, it's a realistic but light-hearted comedy about school and friendship. If the characters join a clob, they will actually do club-related activities, not sit there and eat cakes for 20 minutes.
Only one battle harem. The battle element is emphasised; most of the females in harem itself don't care about the mc romantically, and it's down to a love triengle; it has unusual fleshy designs and allows itself to be as edgy and chuuni as possible without killing everyone off. There is yuri in there somewhere, and a couple of hot male characters, too. At the end, the love triangle is resolved, and the plot is neatly finished, no sequel bait. Preferably studio Trigger.
One shoujo romantic comedy with dramatic elements, It's cute, comfy, the chracters actually progress in their relationship, clearly becoming a couple by the end (the earlier the better). No forced drama, characters take their problems and solve them calmly, like real life people should.
One mystery crime thriller. Characters are functional adults. Sex and violence happen, nobody is pure or innocent. It gets real dark real fast, some supernatural and horror elements arise. Becomes philosophical near the end. Realistic art style.
One surreal horror. All characters are boys, drawn in the style of Suehiro Maruo or Usamaru Furuya. Supernatural things start early on; it's hard to understand the plot without keeping notice of the small details. Gore is uncensored; boys get mutilated, die, come back to life, the process repeats, while a bigger picture slowly becomes clear. Homoerotic subtext is strong here. Basically a fetish show for me.
One generic sports anime I'm skipping anyway.
One fantasy anime which has nothing to do with MMO.
One goth-themed shonen series, will watch for the aesthetics of goth lolis and shotas fighting each other. The plot can be whatever, but preferably not an overused battle royale.
